Three officers hold whole-time key managerial positions at HPRCL, appointed by the Board.
“Key managerial personnel” is a defined term. Under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013, a company of this class appoints whole-time key managerial personnel comprising a Managing Director or Chief Executive Officer, a Company Secretary, and a Chief Financial Officer. These are the three officers listed on this page.
They run the company day to day and report to the Board of Directors, whose members are nominated by the shareholders.
Shri Debaraj Panda
Shri Debaraj Panda has been serving as the Managing Director of HPRCL since 18 December 2020. He also chairs the CSR Committee of the Board.
