Shri K.R.K.Reddy (Kunati Raveen Kumar Reddy) was born in the year 1965 at Warangal. He belongs to lndian Railway Traffic Service - 1988 batch. He is presently serving as AM/Traffic. Prior to joining as AM/Traffic he was PED/Traffic Railway Board from 22nd July 2024. Prior to joining in Railway Board he was Principal Chief Commercial Manager of South Central Railway zone of lndian Railways. He is an alumnus of OUCCBM, 1981 Batch MBA (Marketing).

Prior to this, he has worked as CAO/Systems on South Central Railway, where in he was instrumental in creating 100% Disaster Recovery (DR) tier lll centre for all passenger, freight, rolling stock, coaching, track maintenance, Human Resource Management Systems, MIS & ERP systems on lndian Railways network with full redundancy and latest technology in co-ordination with Centre for Railway lnformation System (CRIS) and other agencies.

He has worked in various capacities earlier including Chief Commercial Manager (Passenger Services) on Central and South Central Railway. While working as Chief Freight Transportation Manager, South Central Railway, he has achieved Railway Board Operating Shield for Highest lncremental loading of 1,16.8 million Tonnes in 2015

Earlier, he worked as Divisional Railway Manager, Kharagpur Division, SouthEastern Railway, where world's biggest Distributed Electronic lnterlocking of 800 routes at Kharagpur Junction during his tenure as well as World Class Station Complexes of Santragachi and Shalimar. Shri Raveen Kumar Reddy has also held several key posts on deputation in both Govt of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana States and has completed three decades of se rvtce

While working as Director Fuel Management & Strategic Planning, Government of Telangana, he planned for Bhadradri and Yadadri 6000 MW Ultra Mega Power Plants clearances, EAC approvals, Railway sidings, as well as Thadicherla OCP 1 dedicated Coal Mine Approval and MDO commissioning.

While working as Vice Chairman and Managing Director of Andhra Pradesh lndustrial lnfrastructure Corporation & Commissioner of Andhra Pradesh lndustrial Corridor Development Authority, Shri Reddy has planned 9 lndustrial Smart Cities SPVs with two Lakh Acre land acquisition with NICDC/ADB infra funding on 3 industrial corridors for plug and play infra and Commissioned 2 Electronics Manufacturing Clusters at Tirupati and Kadapa & Flatted Factory Sheds for Fast Grounding of Electronics units, which enabled EoDB (Ease of Doing Business) No.1 rank for AP state and GIS mapping of lndustrial Estates/Tra n spa rency. He was also instrumental in KRIS City (Krishnapatnam lndustrial Smart City) SPV with NICDC which was fast tracked with 2400 Acres land acquisition, approvals, master planning by Jacobs & EPC bids floated for leveraging as China +L Make in lndia production hub.

Shri Raveen Kumar Reddy has varied experience as Policy maker and Administrator in the areas of Railway Operations and lnfrastructure Planning, Energy and Power Generation, District Parks & Free trade warehousing zones, Suburban Mass Rapid Transport, Shipping and Ports, Commerce and Export promotion. He underwent several academic and professional training programmes at lndia and Abroad at INSEAD Singapore (AMP), SDA Bocconi School of Management (AMP), lSB1nve1, etc.
